Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Tripzo SaaS platform ("Service") operated by Tripzo Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
2. Subscription & billing
Tripzo is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Prices are listed at /pricing and exclude GST. Payment is due upfront. You may cancel at any time from your agency panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Free trial
A 14-day free trial is available without a card. After expiry, your account is paused (not deleted) for 30 days; you may upgrade to a paid plan during this period to restore access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law including consumer protection, tax, or anti-money-laundering regulations
- Resell or redistribute the Service to third parties without our written consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages
5. Your data
You own all data you input into Tripzo. We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data of your customers and staff.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but make no guarantee. We may perform scheduled maintenance with at least 24 hours' notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
