Refund Policy

Subscription refunds
Tripzo subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually). We offer the following refund policy:
Monthly subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month
- No partial refunds for unused days within the current month
- Free 14-day trial available before any payment
Annual subscriptions
- Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, minus a one-month admin fee
- After 30 days, no refund for the remaining annual term, but you retain access until the term expires
Plan downgrades
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period
- No mid-period refund for the difference
How to request a refund
Email hello@tripzo.com from the registered account email within the eligible window. Include your tenant ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days. We will investigate and refund if the charge was in error.
Exceptions
This policy applies only to Tripzo subscription fees. Payments your agency takes from your customers (via Razorpay payment links generated within Tripzo) are governed by your agency's own refund policy, not Tripzo's.
