About Tripzo
Built for the way Indian travel agencies actually work
Tripzo started with one observation: every Indian travel agency was juggling Excel spreadsheets for rate sheets, WhatsApp for customer conversations, Tally for accounting, and 2–3 separate SaaS tools for bookings and payments. The day-of-trip coordination happened on phone calls.
We built one tool that does the whole loop.

Who we serve
Travel agencies in India running curated FIT (fully independent traveller) tours and group departures. Typical size: ₹50 lakh to ₹10 crore annual GMV, 3–25 sub-agents, working with 20–200 hotel + activity + transfer suppliers.
We don't serve hotel owners directly (a separate product), nor do we resell flight inventory (yet). We're focused on being the single best tool for B2B travel agencies in India.
Why Indian-first
Tax laws (GST e-invoice, IRP integration), payment patterns (NEFT > card), customer comms (WhatsApp > email), legal compliance (DPDP Act 2023) — these aren't features bolted onto a generic Western SaaS. They're foundational.
