Is the trial really free? Yes — 14 days, no card required.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancel from your agency panel; access continues to the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept? Razorpay (cards, UPI, NetBanking, NEFT). Annual customers can request a proforma invoice + NEFT.

Features

Does Tripzo do flights? Not yet. We focus on what Indian B2B agencies do best — curated itineraries with hotels, transfers, activities, and tour packages. Flight inventory (via GDS) is on our roadmap when we have the right partnerships.

Can I import my existing rate sheets from Excel? Yes — we offer 1-hour onboarding for Pro+ plans including Excel import of your hotel rates, activities, transfer routes, and historical customer data.

Does it support WhatsApp? Yes — "Package Info" plain-text export with a one-click Copy / Open in WhatsApp button. Native WhatsApp Cloud API integration (via Twilio / Gupshup) for transactional messages is on Business+ plans.

Compliance

Is Tripzo GST-compliant? Yes. We generate IRP Schema 1.1 e-invoice JSON, handle intra-state CGST+SGST vs inter-state IGST automatically, and your GSTIN is stored encrypted.

Is data hosted in India? Yes — Mumbai (AWS ap-south-1). DPDP Act 2023 compliant.

Can I export my data anytime? Yes — JSON export of bookings, customers, leads, payments, vendor payables. Right to erasure honoured within 30 days.

Tech

Can I use my own domain? Yes (Business+ plan). Add a CNAME, verify via TXT, we provision SSL.

Do you have an API? OpenAPI 3.1 spec at /api/docs. Public REST API access on Enterprise plan.

Is there a mobile app? The web app is mobile-responsive. Native iOS/Android apps are on the roadmap.
